For your information, i have contributed to IV monetarily. It just does not show up on the handle for some reason i do not know.
So you are looking for motivation? Your post do not indicate that you are looking for motivation. There are those who are undecided or who cannot find enough energy/motivation to do something, and those people need motivation. You don't fall in that category. You are pretty much convinced that you don't belong here. Now you are just spoiling the environment to make sure that others all leave looking at you and mad-dog bickering. And one need not be a rocket scientist to figure that out. Its obvious. There goes your flag for "award for motivation". What's next, you need a shoulder to cry?

Common people. We desperately need atleast THIS campaign to be a success. I mean as a team the IV core CANNOT ask for an amount lesser than $5.00.
We are a member base of 30,000 members, cant we all contribute this once? It is exactly FIVE dollars that we ask of ALL members.
If we cannot get every single silent/dormant member to contribute atleast this once, then maybe we should just pack up our bags and fold, coz if we cant even contribute FIVE DOLLARS for our own betterment, we are in a very sorry state.

750,000 applications ? Does that mean the PD will be 01 Jan 1900 after October ? I think you grossly overestimated the number of applications . If the GC quota is 9800 for India then to process 750,00 applications ( most of them will be India I am sure ) will take like 20 years . Thats impossible man !!!

Why is there so much discussion surrounding this stimulus package, I thought all of were highly skilled, high educated clique who made the big $$.
I have seen numerous occasions where people boast of large pay packets, bill rates, and now this is a measly $1,200, an amount that could be made with working 2 days is generating such a huge discussion. This does not add up???

Why not do a flower campaign or the like, that we did last time? Clearly that worked and the phone campaign doesnt "have the appearance" of working. I am not saying it is not working, it just isint having the same media impact as last time. It doesnt have to be the flower campaign again, heck we can do a fruit basket deal this time.
Our message should be "Please stop punishing people that came here the right way, in order to help the people that did not". We are not against undocumented workers getting amnesty, we just dont want their issues to hold up everyone else's.

When your employer filed for revocation of I-140, on 02/03/2009 the officer might have performed an action of disapproval instead of revoke and also the date of action not updated (and you got the soft LUD not hard).
This will let the current officer to see as disapproved on 09/04/2007 ?. Just a thought.

The Mexico F2A and Employment Third preference cut-off dates are “unavailable” for both August and September, since those FY-2008 annual limits have been reached. The Visa Office had originally anticipated that this would be a temporary situation. Then with the start of the new fiscal year in October the cut-off dates would have returned to those which had applied during June. However, continued heavy demand in those categories may require the establishment of cut-off dates which are earlier than those which had applied in June. A formal decision determination of the October cut-off dates will not be possible until early September.
My take on this is that there might be some balancing act across the EB3-Sub categories. If you notice in the June 2008 dates, there is a huge discrepancy in the EB3- Sub categories.
For example, Philippines is 1-Mar-06 and India is 1-Nov-01.

Hmm... so whats stopping you from making 80-100 an hour on contracting now? do you have EAD?
It is not a big deal dude...if not for this immigration system, we could be making even more..think about $80-$100/hr if you are an independent contractor. This a minimum for a decent contract with vendor directly.
And if you have ~100-200K for investments, with some experience and any luck..you could be making another 100K out of it from trading and active investing in other areas. That comes to ~250-300K minimum. There are no bounds when life is free and in this great country. Unfortunately, things have turned discriminative and our potentials are being restricted(atleast for non-EAD guys) and you have to be prepared for getting outright kicked out of this country.

Please share your experiences if you renewed your NJ DL with EAD renewal notice.
My nj dl is due for renewal. I have applied for EAD renewal. I have the receipt notice and am working on EAD.

I assume you want to renew DL based on the receipt notice for your EAD renewal not the valid EAD itself. If so, I know the Edison DMV located on kilmer rd (near edison train st) gives you 6 mo. renewal... I got it from them in dec based on my h1 rcpt notice...
If you have a valid ead, then they'd renew your DL till the expiry shown on EAD.
